Sawmill Parkway or Sawmill Road, south, until you reach 270. West and south around the outerbelt. Off at Trabue. Most of it is freeway.
Riverside Drive is the other way down, along the river. It is surface street the whole way, with lights.
The bay is indoors and climate-controlled, so the appointment does not move because the forecast did.

Four cars, four specifications
A car that sits outside from June to September is a heat problem, and heat is infrared, not darkness. A legal 50% ceramic rejects more heat than a 20% dyed film. Dark and cool are two different specifications.

The number
Ceramic Grade A starts at $299, all around. All around means every window except the windshield.That is the shop’s own number for a regular-size vehicle, and it does not go up because you picked 20% over 50%.
Larger vehicles are quoted — more glass and more hours is a different job. Call with the year, make and model and the shop confirms the figure before you book.
Wraps, paint protection film, ceramic coating, rims and calipers are quoted per vehicle. A wrap on a Suburban and a wrap on a Civic are not the same job, and a single menu figure would not hold for either.

Powell is Delaware County. The law isn’t.
Delaware County does not set a tint limit. Neither does any township or city inside it.
Ohio tint law is a state rule. It reads the same at the Powell roundabout as it does on Trabue Road, and Liberty Township, the Delaware County Sheriff and Columbus police all measure against the same number.
Front side windows: at least 50% of the light has to get through, plus or minus 3. Windshield: at least 70%, plus or minus 3, and never red or yellow. Rear side windows and the back glass: any darkness you want, as long as the car has both outside mirrors.
The strip along the top of the windshield isn’t regulated at all, as long as it stops at the AS-1 line or five inches down — whichever is closer to the top. Yes, you can have a visor strip. Nothing reflective or mirrored, on any window. And a label with the maker’s name and the light-transmission percentage goes between film and glass in the lower left corner. We fit it on every car.
