The shop

West Columbus, just inside I-270 on Trabue Road. Every installation is carried out indoors in a climate-controlled bay, with parking directly in front of the unit.
Finding the unit
5220 Trabue Road is a multi-unit building. We are Suite D.
Suite D
The building is divided into lettered units. Look for the letter on the door rather than a storefront sign.
Parking
Park in front of the bay. If a bay door is open with a vehicle partway inside, that vehicle is mid-installation and the film is curing — please leave it clear.

We serve Columbus, Hilliard, Dublin, Powell, Plain City, Upper Arlington, Worthington. For most of Central Ohio the route is I-270’s west leg down to Trabue Road. Check your map application for current traffic before you set out.
Before you drive out
Call ahead. Installations run on a booked schedule, so a short call confirms we can take your vehicle when you arrive.
What to bring
Four things that shorten the appointment.
- The vehicle, as it isNo need to wash it first. Every piece of glass is cleaned in the bay before film touches it, and a fresh wash can leave water sitting in the door seals we work around.
- An empty back seatCar seats, tool bags and anything in the trunk should come out beforehand. We need to lower the rear glass and work behind it.
- Details on any existing filmIf there is old or failing tint on the vehicle now, tell us when you book. Removal is a separate job and it takes longer than the installation — especially over a rear defroster.
- Two decisionsHow dark, and which film. Darkness does not change the price — a 5% and a 35% of the same film cost the same. What you pay for is the film. If you are not sure yet, we will walk you through it.
Not sure how dark you want it? Read the Ohio tint law before you call — front side windows must let 50% of light through, and we confirm that limit with you before the work is done.
What to expect
Indoors
The installation is carried out indoors in a climate-controlled bay. A clean, still environment is what produces consistent edges and a contamination-free finish.
While you wait
You are welcome to wait during the appointment. Ask about current timing and payment options when you book, so the schedule is settled before you arrive.
Before you leave
Fresh film looks slightly hazy while the mounting solution cures out. That is normal and it clears. Leave the windows up while it does — we confirm the exact time for the film fitted to your vehicle.
