These Terms & Policies apply to all services provided by MO TINT KING LLC  By scheduling services, requesting an invoice, or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services

We provide automotive services including, but not limited to:

  • Window tinting

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

  • Vinyl wraps

  • Ceramic coatings

  • Custom automotive services

All services are custom and performed at the customer’s request. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, material selection, and environmental factors.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or reduced service time. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe vehicle conditions or undisclosed prior damage.

Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit to secure an appointment. Deposits:

Are applied toward the final service total

May be non-refundable if the appointment is canceled outside the allowed cancellation window

Are forfeited for no-show appointments

Payment Options

We accept major U.S.-issued credit and debit cards, including:

  • Visa®

  • MasterCard®

  • American Express®

  • Discover®

Payments are processed securely at the time of invoice approval or service confirmation.

Monthly Payment Options

Monthly payment options may be available on emailed invoices through third-party financing providers for qualifying customers.

  • Terms, rates, and payment schedules are determined solely by the financing provider at checkout

  • We do not control financing decisions or terms

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must notify us in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional fees. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to charges.

Refund Policy

Because our services are custom and labor-based:

  • Completed services are non-refundable

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction related to material choice, legal tint limits, or customer-requested specifications

Warranty Information

Window Tint & Film Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to window tint films and PPF materials, subject to manufacturer terms. Warranty coverage may include defects such as peeling, bubbling, cracking, or discoloration.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or misuse

  • Improper care or unauthorized removal

  • Pre-existing glass or paint defects

Labor Warranty

We provide a limited labor warranty on workmanship. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and inspected before corrective work is performed.

Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable state and local laws, including window tint regulations. Any services requested that exceed legal limits are performed at the customer’s request and responsibility.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Electrical or mechanical issues unrelated to our services

Customers must disclose prior damage, aftermarket modifications, or special conditions before service.

Payment Security

All electronic payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Privacy

Customer information is used solely for service fulfillment, communication, and invoicing. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Policies at any time. Updates will apply to future services and transactions.
