Welcome to Mo Tint King. By accessing our website (motintking.com), scheduling services, or receiving any services from Mo Tint King, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Mo Tint King provides automotive services including, but not limited to:

  • Window tinting

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

  • Vehicle wraps and graphics

  • Ceramic coating and related services

All services are performed based on customer requests and vehicle condition at the time of service.

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • All prices provided are estimates unless stated otherwise.

  • Final pricing may change due to vehicle condition, size, complexity, or customer-requested changes.

  • Payment is due in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final once services are completed.

  • Due to the nature of automotive customization services, no refunds will be issued after installation or completion of work.

4. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

  • Customers acknowledge that vehicles may have pre-existing damage including, but not limited to:

  • Scratches

  • Rock chips

  • Faded or weakened paint

  • Previous tint, wrap, or adhesive residue

  • Mo Tint King is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or manufacturer defects discovered before, during, or after service.

5. Window Tint Acknowledgment

  • Vehicle wraps, PPF, and ceramic coatings are subject to wear based on driving habits, environment, and maintenance.

  • Mo Tint King is not responsible for damage caused by pressure washing, automatic car washes, chemicals, road debris, accidents, or improper care.

  • Removal of wraps or PPF may reveal underlying paint imperfections.

6. Wrap, PPF & Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

  • Vehicle wraps, PPF, and ceramic coatings are subject to wear based on driving habits, environment, and maintenance.

  • Mo Tint King is not responsible for damage caused by pressure washing, automatic car washes, chemicals, road debris, accidents, or improper care.

  • Removal of wraps or PPF may reveal underlying paint imperfections.

7. Warranty

Customers are responsible for inspecting their vehicle at pickup.

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the work performed.

8. Customer Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers acknowledge that vehicles may have pre-existing damage including, but not limited to:

  • Scratches

  • Rock chips

  • Faded or weakened paint

  • Previous tint, wrap, or adhesive residue

  • Mo Tint King is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or manufacturer defects discovered before, during, or after service.

9. Appointment Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits, if required, are non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mo Tint King shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of use of vehicle

  • Delays caused by weather, product availability, or circumstances beyond our control

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

12. Changes to Terms

Mo Tint King reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page.
