What the shop collects, why it is used, and how to ask about your information.
Information we receive
When you request a quote or contact the shop, we may receive your name, phone number, email, vehicle and requested service, message, appointment details, and records needed to complete or support the job. The website and hosting providers may also process standard device, browser, request, security, and error logs.
How it is used
We use information to answer requests, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, provide support, maintain business records, secure the site, and understand which shop services are useful. We do not sell personal information.
Providers and disclosures
Quote requests are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and stored with Supabase. Notifications may be sent to the shop through Brevo. Information may also be processed by providers used for website hosting, maps, booking, payments, financing, analytics, or business operations. Payment and financing providers collect information under their own notices. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the shop, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention and security
We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, warranty and service history, accounting, disputes, security, or legal obligations. No online system is perfectly secure; access is limited and reasonable safeguards are used.
Choices and requests
You can ask to review or correct contact information, stop non-transactional marketing, or ask a privacy question. Some records may need to be retained for transactions, warranties, security, or legal duties.
